The ItianTech Career Framework

Four pillars. One connected path to international career success.

We do not hand candidates a checklist and wish them luck. Every service is curated, coordinated, and delivered around the individual — from first assessment through placement and the first 30 days on the job.

4

Service Pillars

Profile Architecture, Talent Accelerator, Global Readiness, and Career Catalyst work together as one coordinated roadmap.

01

Pillar 1

Profile Architecture

“Crafting a profile that opens global doors.”

We build and optimize every element of a candidate's professional identity for the international job market. This includes ATS-compliant resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, tailored cover letters, portfolio development, personal branding strategy, and a full profile audit. The goal is simple: make sure every candidate's first impression on paper and online is strong enough to get them in the room.

01

ATS Resume Optimization

Applicant Tracking Systems filter out the majority of resumes before a recruiter ever sees them. This service rewrites and formats a candidate's resume to pass ATS filters in the US and international job markets, using the right keywords, structure, and file formats that hiring systems expect.

02

LinkedIn Branding

A recruiter's first stop after seeing a resume is LinkedIn. This service optimizes the candidate's full profile — headline, summary, experience section, skills, and recommendations — so that the profile ranks in recruiter searches and tells a compelling, consistent story.

03

Cover Letter Creation

A tailored cover letter for each application, written to match the specific role, company culture, and what the employer is looking for. Not a generic template — a targeted document that bridges the candidate's background to the employer's needs.

04

Portfolio Development

For candidates in tech, design, data, or other project-based fields, a portfolio is often as important as the resume. This service helps build or refine a professional portfolio that showcases real work, projects, and outcomes in a format employers respect.

05

Personal Branding

Beyond the resume and LinkedIn, this service helps candidates define and communicate a clear professional identity — what they stand for, what makes them different, and how to present themselves consistently across every platform and interaction.

06

Profile Audit

For candidates who already have some professional materials in place, this is a structured expert review that identifies gaps, inconsistencies, and missed opportunities across the resume, LinkedIn, and any other profile elements — with a clear action plan to fix them.

02

Pillar 2

Talent Accelerator

“Building skills that international employers value.”

We close the gap between where a candidate is and where an international employer needs them to be. Through role-specific technical training, soft skills development, workplace English coaching, mock interviews, certification guidance, and AI and digital skills training, we make sure every candidate is not just qualified on paper but genuinely ready to perform from day one in a global work environment.

01

Technical Upskilling

Role-specific training designed around the skills most in demand in the candidate's target industry and job function. Whether that is cloud platforms, data tools, programming languages, or software proficiency, the training is practical and tied directly to what employers are hiring for right now.

02

Soft Skills Training

International employers consistently say that soft skills — collaboration, leadership, problem-solving, adaptability — are what separate good candidates from great ones. This training builds those skills through real scenarios, workshops, and coached practice relevant to a professional workplace.

03

English and Communication

Workplace English is different from conversational English. This program develops the communication skills needed to write professional emails, contribute in meetings, present ideas clearly, and navigate workplace conversations with confidence.

04

Mock Interviews

Simulated interviews are conducted under real conditions, followed by detailed feedback. Candidates practice common and difficult interview questions, improve how they frame experience, and build confidence for the real interview.

05

Industry Certifications

Guidance on which certifications carry the most weight in the candidate's target field, with support and preparation to achieve them. Certifications such as AWS, PMP, Google, CompTIA, or Salesforce can strengthen a profile in competitive markets.

06

AI and Digital Skills

Employers increasingly expect candidates to work confidently with AI tools, digital platforms, and modern workflows. This module covers practical AI literacy, productivity tools, and digital skills that make candidates more competitive and effective.

03

Pillar 3

Global Readiness

“Preparing you for an international career.”

We support legally authorized international professionals at every stage of their US employment journey — before the job begins and long after it does. From understanding work authorization and getting documents in order, to navigating workplace culture and staying compliant throughout employment, we remove the uncertainty on both sides so candidates can focus entirely on building their career.

01

Visa Guidance

Before the job, candidates receive practical guidance on current work authorization, what it permits, what it restricts, and how to remain compliant during employer transitions. After placement, we help monitor status timelines, flag renewal deadlines, and connect candidates with appropriate resources.

02

Documentation Support

We review employment authorization paperwork, identification, background-check forms, and onboarding requirements before day one. After the job begins, support continues for tax forms, authorization renewals, contract amendments, payslip queries, and other ongoing paperwork.

03

Cultural Orientation

Structured orientation prepares candidates for communication styles, feedback norms, hierarchy, meeting etiquette, and professional relationships in the US workplace. Continued integration support helps resolve early cultural or professional friction during the first 30 to 90 days.

04

Relocation Assistance

For candidates moving cities or states, we provide practical guidance on housing, banking setup, local registration, transportation, and the everyday logistics of settling into a new location. Support remains available as the candidate finds their footing.

05

Pre-departure Sessions

A structured readiness session covers onboarding expectations, document presentation, workplace norms, and escalation contacts so candidates enter day one prepared. When contracts end or roles change, we support a clean, compliant transition into the next move.

06

Employment Compliance

Candidates receive clear guidance on rights and responsibilities, tax obligations, contract terms, work-authorization conditions, and relevant US labor expectations. Support continues throughout employment so administrative or legal obligations do not become surprises.

04

Pillar 4

Career Catalyst

“Turning potential into international opportunities.”

This is our placement engine. We connect candidates directly to our employer network through warm introductions, match them to roles that fit their profile and visa status, coordinate interviews end to end, provide dedicated mentorship, open networking opportunities, and coach them through offer negotiation. Support continues through the first 30 days on the job.

01

Employer Connections

Candidates are introduced to a network of vetted employers actively hiring internationally. These are warm introductions made through advisors with established hiring relationships, so the candidate arrives with credibility already attached.

02

Job Matching

We identify specific roles that match the candidate's skills, experience, visa status, salary expectations, and career goals. Every match is deliberate, with quality and fit prioritized over application volume.

03

Interview Scheduling

Once a match is confirmed, we coordinate interview slots, logistics, and employer communication. Candidates also receive a final preparation session before each interview.

04

Career Mentorship

A dedicated mentor works alongside the candidate through weekly check-ins, real-time feedback after interview rounds, practical support through setbacks, and consistent momentum until the offer is signed.

05

Networking Opportunities

Candidates gain access to cohort events, recruiter networks, and introductions to industry professionals in their target field. These relationships often open opportunities beyond the immediate placement.

06

Placement Success Strategy

When an offer arrives, we provide salary negotiation coaching, market-rate benchmarking, offer-letter review, and a structured handover into onboarding. Support continues through the first 30 days on the job.
